Updates for October

Greetings.

Villa Saranda has seen a huge influx of tenants recently. Both rooms 303 and 403 are taken. However, we still have one room available for anyone interested.

Room 201

Are you not happy with a 6-tatami room? Need a little more living space for your daily life? Room 201 is the perfect room for you if you want both comfort and accommodation! It also comes furnished with its own bed, AC, a wardrobe, and a desk. The ledge you see here in the picture can be used for display, or for setting up your own personal entertainment center.

Room 201 is also very well-lit, and it has two windows that give you plenty of sunlight during the day, along with a lovely view of the hilly neighborhood surrounding the house. All this for only 65,000 yen a month!

If interested in this room, please feel free to contact Jim and he can arrange a tour of the room and the house for you.

Updates for September

Man, August was one of the hottest months I've experienced in Japan yet! Thankfully, it looks like September might be cooler. Also, it looks like demand for rooms has picked up in the wake of summer vacation. At Villa Saranda, we have a few rooms still open...
Room 403

This lovely, spacious studio room is still available. It offers a lovely view of the neighborhood and easy access to the shower room and veranda. Just 60,000 yen per month.

Room 303

This well-lit room is still open for anyone interested. It has a great view of the yard and the valley. I have also installed a nice Nissen single bed in this room.

If you have a large wardrobe, this room offers a TON or storage space! All for only 60,000 yen per month!

Room 201

Our largest room is still open to anyone who needs extra living space for their busy life in Tokyo. Just 65,000 a month!

Explore Yomiuriland-Mae

Yomiuriland-Mae is a nice, community-oriented neighborhood. With local shops lining the main road. Unlike many neighborhoods in Tokyo, there are plenty of trees, bamboo groves, and scenic hills to make you feel more at ease with nature. Just one of the many reasons to make Villa Saranda your home. It's the place that feels far from Tokyo, yet its still on Tokyo's doorstep.
